What Picobean is
Picobean is a TikTok marketing research platform. It helps brands research influencers, run product seeding, and monitor competitor sponsorships. These terms cover use of picobean.ai and the Picobean product.
Account and acceptable use
Some parts of the product require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login under your control. You may not misuse Picobean, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that violates the law or someone else’s rights.
Sign in with Google
Picobean uses Sign in with Google only to provide or improve user-facing features of Picobean: creating your account, signing you in, and showing your name and picture inside the app. When you choose that sign-in, we access your Google account name, email address, profile picture, and the account identifier that comes with that sign-in. The scopes are openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile. We do not request or access Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google files.
Picobean's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. How we access, use, share, protect, and delete that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
Picobean is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Picobean is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Picobean for the service during the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing.
